Better Together

If you made it this far you are ready for the big reveal …

A powerful Assertiveness Formula that will release your inner assertive ninja and have you achieving the kinds of success you never dreamed possible!

In PART II (hopefully) you learned a lot about yourself by answering the question:

“Why I say yes when I wanted to say no.”

Remember, just having an awareness of your “Why” will enhance your life significantly.

(the answer to that question is highly personal so we will leave it alone for now)

But …

We also wanted you to answer that question in Part II so you had a clear understanding of how powerful an influence the “WHY” has on your decisions …

… AND …

So you knew where your “WHY” is situated – as a component – in the forthcoming Assertiveness Formula.

This Assertiveness Formula will put your “No”/”Yes” answers on auto pilot … AND … turn your subconscious mind into a heat seeking success missile that never misses!

The premise of the Assertiveness Formula is this:

“Your Assertive Super Powers (saying no/or yes with confidence) increases and decreases in direct proportion to knowing your Purpose”

Reread that quote and let it sink in.

Now …

Let’s Take a Look at the Assertiveness Formula:

What + Why = Purpose/How + When + Who + Where x Action = Assertiveness

Let’s break it down:

  • What do you want? Why do you want it? That’s your Purpose.
  • Your Purpose divided by How, When, Who, Where is your Plan.
  • Multiply that by Action (effort executing your Plan)

Ba-Da-Bing!

You now have:

A. An unshakable, actionable, plug and play business plan for your “What”

B. Your Plan guides your assertive prowess by serving as a framework for all your “Yes” or “No” answers.

Here’s how powerfully simple the assertiveness formula is to use:

1. Say “Yes” when it aligns with your purpose; or is any part of your how/when/who/what

2. Say, “No” when it does not align.

BONUS: ASSERTIVENESS FORMULA

If someone will not accept your “No” for an answer? Just resolutely state your Purpose.

(if it’s any of their business in the first place)

Example: “I’m sorry; but the answer is still no. I am completely committed to achieving (insert) and I do not have the time.”

Or you can be less descriptive (while reaffirming your purpose in your mind) and just say, “I’m sorry, my plate is really full right now.”

Oddly enough, when you know what you want … and … you are firm and resolute with your decisions, a self fulfilling prophecy –with a life and energy all it’s own– starts unfolding right in front of you!

No joke …

The wrong people fade away. The right kinds of people and opportunities begin to appear.

“I keep six honest serving men (they taught me all I knew); Their names are What and Why and When And How And Where and Who.”

-Rudyard Kipling

BOTTOM-LINE: ASSERTIVENESS FORMULA

If you are not clear on what you want and why you want it … you have no purpose.

And if you have no purpose?

You will find yourself saying “Yes” to all the wrong things, when you should be saying “No.”

The result is more and more strings pulling you in all the wrong directions.

Essentially, lost time and loads of frustration.

Of course …

If you don’t know the direction you want to go (no purpose) … I guess any direction will do. Right?

Listen …

Every successful person I have ever met, admired or studied, had this formula down pat (whether they knew it or not)

  • They were crystal clear on “WHAT” they wanted
  • They Knew absolutely -without a doubt- “WHY” they wanted it
  • They knew at any given moment the Who/When/Where/How
    And …
  • Last … but not least … they took … ACTION!
